- Care instructions: Clean with salt. It is easy to clean the grinder for residue - simply by grinding coarse salt. Clean with a brush or water. For a more thorough clean, turn the grinder forth and back while keeping the grinder upside-down. Ceramic parts need to dry completely, for at least 24hrs, before mounting and grinding again. When needed, wood pieces may be hand washed with cool water with a non-abrasive soap using a soft sponge. Always dry immediately with a soft cloth.
