For shipment to an APO/FPO or an address outside the continental U.S., please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
- Please allow 2-3 days for all orders to be processed plus transit time to your shipping location.
- Manhattan customers can choose Gracious Home Delivery during check out for a flat fee of $15.00 per delivery.
- UPS Ground service is used for most other domestic shipments (charges listed below) and products usually arrive within 1-10 business days.
- Orders with more than one item may be shipped separately and could result in multiple deliveries being received.
- To receive your order more quickly, you may contact Customer Service for Next Day or 2nd Day for an additional charge. NOTE: Once your order is processed, please allow one business day with Next Day and two business days with 2nd Day for your products to arrive. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for either of these shipping methods and because every item on our site is not always immediately available, all or part of your order may take additional time to ship.
