Cashmere is the noble fibre par excellence. It is obtained from Hircus, a goat native throughout Kashmir, a region that lies between India and China. Its processing employs a delicate phase of manual combing, which is absolutely harmless to the animal. Each animal can produce approximately 250 gr. of fibre per year. The fibres are extremely thin, 15 to 17 microns in diameter, which confers on them an unmatched softness. The handcrafted finishes, mastered over years of experience, exalt the extraordinary characteristics of the fibre and confer on it a unique softness.
